30-Day Return Policy

Effective for orders delivered to customers. Please read the requirements and steps below to start a return.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Final sale items, and items that have been used or assembled, cannot be returned.

Return Fees

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Please pack return items carefully to avoid damage during transit.
• If the item is damaged or incorrect, return shipping is free and we will provide a prepaid shipping label.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, email contact@ciaostilista.com with the following information:

• Your order number
• Items you wish to return
• Reason for return
• Photos, if the item is damaged or defective

We will reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a prepaid label if the return is eligible.

Refunds

• Refunds are issued within 7 business days after the returned item passes inspection.
• Refunds are made to the original payment method.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
• Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original item following the return process and place a new order for the replacement item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

• Report any damaged or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery and include photos.
• Once confirmed, we will replace the item or issue a refund as appropriate.
• Return shipping will be covered by us for damaged or incorrect items.

Cancellations

• Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placement by replying to the order confirmation email.
• After 1 hour, cancellations must be handled through the return process.
