These issues often stem from the tools and workspace design—not a lack of motivation.

To address these common challenges, Upfice focuses on developing practical, well-designed office accessories—such as adjustable footrests, ergonomic stands, and desktop organizers—that support comfort, organization, and efficiency.

Every product is designed with usability and simplicity in mind. The goal is to offer solutions that help people feel more comfortable and stay organized, allowing them to focus better on what matters.

Upfice continues to improve its product line based on user feedback and practical needs. By emphasizing clean design, everyday function, and consistent quality, Upfice aims to support better work experiences across a variety of home and office environments.

As a company founded by engineers and managed by engineers, we focus on creating values for customers guided by strong integrity.Starting with a headcount of 3 employees back in 2003, we has considerably grown to team of more than 120 employees. In 2021, we expanded into e-commerce via Amazon, accumulating nearly four years of experience in platform-based sales. In October 2024, we officially launched our independent e-commerce website. We proudly manage multiple Amazon storefronts under trusted brand names, including CareDear, Ciao Stilista, Lumil, and TooCust. These storefronts reflect our ongoing commitment to quality, integrity, and a seamless shopping experience across trusted platforms.

Our original website domain was importx.com. To better align with our refined product focus on office supplies, we have updated our website and moved to a new domain: upfice.com. This change allows us to provide our valued customers a more specialized and enhanced shopping experience.

We are a China-based company with full U.S. warehouse fulfillment capabilities. Shanghai Kairong Information Technology Co., Ltd is a legally registered business in China.
