• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and resalable.
• Final Sale and used/assembled items cannot be returned.

• Customers must pack return items carefully.
• If the item is damaged or incorrect, return shipping is free.

📩 How to Start a Return

• Email contact@upfice.com with:
  • Your order number
  • Items to return
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if damaged/defective)
• We’ll reply within 1–2 business days with instructions and a prepaid label (if eligible).

💳 Refunds

• Issued within 7 business days after inspection.
• Refunded to the original payment method.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless it was our error.

🔄 Exchanges

No direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.

⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items

• Report within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
• We’ll replace or refund the item.

❌ Cancellations
